You’ll be assigned one of our whip-smart PMs. Their specialty is shipping high-quality apps on time and on budget. We’ll spin up a shared Slack channel, so you’ll be in direct conversation with everyone working on your product. We’ll also track every dev ticket in Jira. We’ll jump on calls, share screenshots, and give you pep talks. If you have team members who you want to involve in the process, we welcome them too.

Lean, flexible sprint model
We work in weekly sprints. Every team member is focused full time on one client. They’re all priced the same, so you can swap sprints easily. (Need more design instead of dev? No prob.)

We can jump on a call, or answer questions async. Our goal is to precisely estimate how long it’ll take for us to ship an MVP version of your product.

We collaborate to get the estimate dialled in, then we book in the initial block of sprints. We don’t lock you into a huge SOW or a monthly retainer.
